FG selects Coleman Technical Industries to represent power sector in the National Scheme Council
… as COREN signs MoU with Coleman to elevate power sector engineering internships, boost local expertise

The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) has announced the selection of Coleman Technical Industries Limited (Coleman) to represent the power sector in the newly formed National Scheme Council established by the Federal Government, which comprises eighteen (18) key sectors aimed at driving national development and sectoral growth.
Additionally, COREN has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Coleman Technical Industries Limited (Coleman) to take in more graduate trainee, exploring opportunities in engineering skills, local content development, and the power sector.
Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and Coleman Wires and Cables, the COREN President and his team toured the company’s factories in Sagamu and Arepo.
The COREN team expressed excitement at the infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities of Coleman, which are contributing to the growth of the Nigerian economy.
The team also applauded Coleman for its promotion of local content in the production of cables and wires
